To elevate the reputation for creative culture we must endorse value and identity for growing up artists and designers.This research seeks to propose a plan of awareness by using East Kowloon Cultural District to educate the general public in vitalizing the importance of leveraging Sustainable Creative Culture space for Hong Kong by seeking to understanding the extrapolated relationship between design and the city.
